DESSERTS
We bake our pies on the premises.  We offer one of a kind fruit pies and a fun variety of cream pies.  Ask your server what's available today.
Served on Parmesan toasted sourdough, our special         homemade dressing and all the trimmings.

Choice of Sourdough, Wheat or Rye.  Avocado, bacon,      lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.  A customers favorite!

White meat turkey, thinly sliced and mayonnaise, lettuce  and tomato.  (Try this grilled with double thick melted       Swiss cheese and avocado).

Lean Roast Beef smothered with melted Swiss cheese on a grilled french loaf.  Served with homemade au jus.

Just ask us what is cooking! Our soups are made from scratch with the finest ingredients.  No leftovers or package soup bases.

Grilled seasoned chicken breast.  Served on a bed of crisp iceberg and romaine lettuce.  Avocado, olives, tomatoes,  thinly sliced red onion, mandarin oranges and sprinkled with Parmesean Cheese.

Jumbo prawns, bay shrimp, scallops and other seafood. 
Served on a bed of crisp iceberg and romaine lettuce.
Golden, crispy and served with our homemade Salsa.


Served hot with your choice of BBQ, ranch or blue                        cheese dressing.

Yummy Cod Fillets with Olde English Style Chips

Smothered in BBQ sauce.  Juicy and tender.  Order a full                  rack or a half rack.  You will need extra napkins for sure.

Baby Back Ribs and oven roasted chicken.  You choose white          or dark meat. 

Same generous cut as our Prime Rib, only charbroiled.

Tender filet wrapped with bacon.

Very large hamburger steak stuffed with mild green chili's                  and two cheeses.  Smothered in grilled season onions, if you wish.

Silver Creek Idaho Trout filets.  Boneless, butterfly and Filet               slightly seasoned.

The "Best" Prime Rib on the Mountain!  Cooked to                            perfection, tender and juicy.  Mm Good!
